The Blueblacks are excited to offer a Coaching Internship for passionate and dedicated individuals eager to gain professional-level experience within the competitive world of minor league football. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with our Coaching Staff and be immersed in the strategic, operational, and developmental aspects of coaching at the highest level of the sport.
As a Coaching Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in areas such as:
Assisting with daily practices and game preparations
Filming practices for player review and performance analysis
Collaborating with the coaching staff on player development, game planning, and team management
This internship is designed for individuals serious about pursuing a coaching career and eager to learn from experienced professionals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Ideal candidates are current college students or recent graduates looking to build valuable skills and gain firsthand experience in professional football operations.
