The Kokomo Blueblacks are expanding our executive and business operations team as we continue building toward the future of Blueblacks Football.

We are currently seeking experienced professionals for the following leadership positions:

• Vice President of Corporate Partnerships
• Director of Sponsorship
• Chief Operating Officer

We’re looking for proven leaders who understand revenue generation, corporate partnerships, business development, sponsorship sales, and organizational growth and who are ready to help take the Blueblacks to the next level.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Develop and secure corporate sponsorships
• Build strong relationships with local, regional, and national brands
• Identify and create new revenue opportunities
• Develop innovative sponsorship packages and activation strategies
• Lead sponsorship negotiations, agreements, and renewals
• Strengthen relationships with existing corporate partners
• Help expand the Blueblacks brand throughout Kokomo, Indiana, and beyond
• Work directly with executive leadership to develop long-term business strategies
• Help establish the Blueblacks as one of the strongest organizations at our level of football
